Responsible for project management of Solar PV System work including project objective formulation, design, preparation of project documents, budgeting, contract administration, technical submissions

Responsible for drawing, method statement and relevant submission

Monitor and control of project performance against budget, schedule, safety and quality

On-site coordination and supervision are expected for the running of projects

Coordinate with clients, consultants, main contractors and sub-contractors

Higher Diploma (or above) in Renewable Energy / Electrical / Building Services Engineering / Mechanical Engineering or relevant field of study

Relevant working experience in A&A or new building E&M / building services coordination / installation is a PLUS

Relevant working experience in the preparation of tender documents and tender submissions is a PLUS

Consultancy or client experience is preferred

Self-motivated and good communication skills

Able to work independently and under pressure

Proficiency in both written and spoken Chinese and English

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office and Project

Holder of REW Grade A or B is a PLUS

Holder of Driving License is a PLUS

Perform account payable daily operation and general account work

Handling accounts payable and receivable

Handling daily accounts operation and transactions

Handling full set of accounting and bookkeeping

Assist in month-end closing and ad hoc project

At least 2 years of working experience in the accounting field

Proficiency with MS Office and accurate typing skills

Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese

Mature and able to work under pressure

Self-initiated, well-organized and responsible

Able to meet tight deadlines and work independently
